My dog, Luna, and my Mums dog, Rosie, stayed with Kit Hill Boarding Kennels for 3 nights when we went away. Where we have previously collected our dogs from other kennels, they have been hungry and thirsty, full of energy too! But when we collected our dogs from Kit Hill, we were so pleased to be met by a staff member who told us all about their stay, and informed us theyd been eating well and even told us about their recall etc while they were there. When we initially dropped our dogs off (who shared a kennel) the lady asked us if we wanted them fed together or separately, and if we wanted to leave any toys etc with them. We thought this was so kind as we were never offered this elsewhere. All round lovely staff, dogs seemed fed, watered and exercised. I have no doubts that they were very well looked after during their stay!

We used Kit hill kennels for the first time recently and could not have been happier! They were professional and warm and friendly. The dogs seemed like they had a great time and although they were pleased to see us they seemed like they would have happily stayed on at the kennels. I didn't catch the name of the lady who checked the dogs in when we arrived but she was fantastic and really set my anxious mind at ease. We dealt with Dawn when we collected the dogs and she was also lovely! Thanks very much for the great service and care of our babies guys! Also the location is fantastic and couldn't be better for dogs, lots of beautiful green country space! I would highly recommend them!

Our gorgeous white boxer Brain has had the best care love and attention we could wish for. If there is a good indicator then you only have to see him pulling his lead to get in!!!! Thanks to caring team we thoroughly recommend

I am not usually much of a reviewer.. I do all the reading but never leave anything after. But I just had to after our stay at Kit Hill Castle boarding kennel and cattery so here goes....
After lots of research, as we had never left Willow before we read reviews after reviews and finally decided upon Kit Hill. We had a few chats with Dawn who settled our nerves with leaving Willow.... well what can I can..... stunning location, and Willow had the best time. As expected being her first time being left Willow didn’t feed as she would usually would do for the first couple of days, but she soon got into the swing of things and enjoyed her lovely walks. I couldn’t recommend Kit Hill and Dawn and the team enough!! Thank you so much!!

I have used Kit Hill Boarding kennels with Dawn and the team for the last 7-8years and they have been excellent. They have looked after my two dogs, Jess and Mitch (now deceased) in this time and have been friendly,professional and helpful every time we visit. When Mitch died and Jess went into the kennels on her own for the first time they could not have been more helpful and understanding. I look forward to introducing them to Jess's new friend, Bobby, very soon. I cannot recommend them enough, and without hesitation, and I know my friends now use the kennels as well for their dogs........the location isn't bad either !

I have no hesitation in highly recommending the above kennels. We have two rescue Jack Russell’s called Olly and Jilly. They both have separation anxiety, but not when they go to Kit Hill. They love Dawn and her lovely staff. I can go away feeling totally confident that they are happy, comfortable and well looked after. Kit Hill deserves a 5 star rating.

It’s VERY unusual for me to leave a 5star comment for anyone, although today I am.
I have two dogs Cookie 10yr old lab and a 5 year old Dalmatian. Both my pets have complex needs and require medication and specific food. Before booking Dawn chatted with us about our dogs and their routines and let us visit to check out where they would be staying. This was the first time of ever using kennels for our dogs so I was very nervous about them going into kennels.
Well now this is there holiday home as my dogs drag me into the kennels and always come home happy and looking very well looked after. We have stayed with kit hill as my dogs are always clean and healthy and with waggy tails. The Dalmatian is very nervous and when we leave he doesn’t drag me to the car to escape he pulls back to Dawn or Ellie for kisses and appears reluctant to leave!!!!
I would always use these kennels and have NO hesitation in recommending kit hill to anyone. Thanks for allowing me to have relaxed holidays and trips knowing that my dogs are being well cared for.
