Opening Hours
8.30am to 6.00pm MON – FRI
9.00am to 5.00pm SAT – SUN
Closed for lunch – 1.00pm – 2.00pm
Drop offs and collections between these times must be adhered to unless previously arranged. This ensures that our guests are given time to have some exercise, settle for the night and staff have time to complete the daily routine.
As with all good kennels and catteries, we are strict in our evening closing times for the welfare of our guests but do offer free next day collection before 10.00am.
Charges apply for each day your pet is with us
This includes both the day of arrival and day of departure (unless collected before 10.00am).
Daily charges are double for Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Years Eve and New Years Day. In addition, we are not open for drop offs or collections on these days.

Terms and conditions
We reserve the right to refuse any animal showing signs of ill health or aggression.
All veterinary costs are the responsibility of the pet’s owner. The advice of the vet will be sought at out discretion.
Vaccination
Cats; Annual vaccination for Flu, Enteritis Leukaemia
Dogs; Both annual and Kennel Cough vaccinations are required.
Payment
We accept cash, credit and debit cards but are unable to accept cheques. During the holiday periods a non- refundable deposit will be taken.

Prices include food, bed, bedding and heating. All animals must have a current vaccination certificate which must be shown to staff on arrival. All dogs must be inoculated against Kennel cough.
We are also able to offer day care facilities for your pet. Please contact us for more information.
